Wearable weights add a little resistance to a short home workout without taking up much space. The fit needs adjusting on my wrists, and I would not treat them as a substitute for heavier strength work.

What is Bala?
Bala's range includes wrist and ankle weights alongside other small resistance accessories. The brand emphasizes colorful designs and equipment that can be stored or carried easily. Choose by actual weight, fit and closure, then check the care instructions for the specific item. Light wearable resistance serves a different purpose from a full strength-training setup.
