The sensor insoles offer more training data than a regular pair of inserts. I would want to know how comfortably they fit my shoes and whether I would use the feedback often enough to justify the setup.

What is Striv Run?
Striv Run combines smart insoles with running analysis and coaching software. The system focuses on information such as gait and foot pressure rather than being a conventional cushioning insert alone. Check shoe compatibility, device requirements, charging and subscription terms before buying. Training metrics can inform a routine but should not be treated as a medical diagnosis.
